Call me crazy, but I still think (like I have done for over a year now) that ARV will be subject to a takeover from:
Kirkland
Novo
Pacton
Put me in a lunatic asylum for the following comment, but:
I think DL built RH for a client mentioned above, and the deals possibly already done - client is not quiet ready though! (so just waiting)
Hence, the bulldang goverment delays they come up with - in the mean time RH is looking cherry ripe - ready to rock and roll for the right client!
