what we know for sure is that the company would be taking the advice of their corporate advisors with respect to the cap raise. So the fact they are yet to do it (when I called one happening at 1.40 and wanted one) shows me confidence is sky high. The advisors must feel demand is crazy strong to not be pushing the company to have done one already (or the company not being pushed into what seems an easy decision to make). Any way you look at it it’s bullish. But of course the cap raise will come… only question is if it is now at 1.55…. Or later over $2. Time will tell.
