If you are reading the investor presso it is because it is already on your radar (i.e. likely already a shareholder). Like @MajorJohnny says, these are generally produced for cap raises and the sell off on Friday says that is what market thinks also.
The only other time investor pressos are made are for roadshows which I don't believe 1AE is conducting right now.
Also your comment re strategic investment at a premium, lol. Do you even believe this? A strategic investor doesn't work off a pretty powerpoint to invest, they, if they existed, would have done their own DD in months prior.
