Totally forgot about this
The minor sell off has occurred to many ASX U stocks over the last few days, not just 1AE. You have to consolidate the gains to solidify the rise. I don't think that automatically means a CR is imminent
Of course a strategic investor is not going to work off one presentation. With 1AE being in USA they are in the right country
Don't get me to quote but there have been many times an investment has occurred above the preceding SP. This ain't a new thing to occur if it did
It doesn't make sense to raise now as they have sufficient cash to complete the SS which from last month was stated to be completed during this quarter. So next quarter would probably be a cash call to progress further studies, unless the numbers of the SS aren't going to be great and you want to get the cash beforehand at a higher price (above $0.10 rather than below)
I'm looking forward to see what the SS produces before contemplating an investment. Yes, it's only a SS but it gives you an idea
