Since we are past the end of the quarter they can't keep quoting the last quarterly number. The cash on hand in these reports has never been the actual cash on hand, just a statement of the last quarterly.
We will get the actual cash on hand before the end of the month, but if they are trying to raise cash outside of a CR then they would be pretty stupid to broadcast their position to the world.
