Wouldn’t waste time going through company spin. My point was it’s not free and comes at a huge cost. Even going by your estimate of 40% of 20 mil, that’s still roughly a staggering 8 mil.

His high paying salary is his insurance policy. Regardless of success or not he’s looked after.
