"Taking the first part of this statement to be true, ie Mt Weld Concentrate is 6Bq/g and the Low level limit is 10 Bq/g ~ How then do they manage to further concentrate this Feed at Kalgoorlie, extract all the RE's (Th free) into a higher level of concentration and Yet maintain that the residue IP still only has a Bq6/g level ?"
The reason must be as ausheds pointed out that
"the volumes of acid & additive chemicals used during the process, even with the REE chloride taken off the volume of residue is far great than the concentrate input."
