I thought the commentary around the two formations and making it very clear they intend to leave the alternate formation untouched is a clear sign that selling it is a live option. His words were "wait for someone to offer the price WE are asking for" - rather than "someone to offer the right price" - I perceive that as on-going conversations.
Then at the end when he says "there is something else we are working on to bring shareholder value but I can't really speak to that at the moment" - ominous, but very possibly just a company line that can't be held to?
