I think a CR at this point is a great way to batter the share price further. Another quarter of some cash positive flow with now a lower amount of debt should invigorate some trust from the market and grow the share price to a 80c+ level. That is where a CR would be better placed and garner much more financial support. Right now most holders are underwater and likely want to see some return to racking up cash.

Otherwise we had a run up in Jan followed by a market-wde dip that crushed the rally - no CR followed.
