    different roll out timeframes in the USA and the market dwarfs Australia. Also there is a guarantee of payment over there… we win in 1 big state (Florida, Cali, TX etc) and who cares about the rest of the world. Those 3 states all have a deal on the table via HMD or e-Lōvu
