Only hope is that they're bringing Copper to 1st place just as the PFS is released this month and for the Joint Venture search that was noted recently. A successful JV with a upfront cash component could extend the runway by a couple of months, meaning they won't have to do a dilutive raise pre conclusion of court case.
Once court situation is resolved in 2048 perhaps phosphate project will come to front of presso?
