Not big on conspiracy and was basing my assumption of being a takeover target on - 1. its a small company 2. trials nearing completion 3. 25% of market cap in cash 4. a product that works 5. A team of very well credentialed management 6. some not so happy investors who would probably sell if they can get their shirts back. There was a point in time I thought a $1 SP was feasible, but after TIS and a few more dilutions I would now settle for 50c.
