The DFS will likely be released as soon as it can be.I don't see any reason DD (of which there will be plenty),will delay the release of the DFS to the market.What's to be gained? Although IN PRINCIPLE agreement has been achieved on ECA cover for some of the debt component,to convert that to a binding offer of cover is a material process that will require a multi faceted DD and will take some time to complete.Not weeks,months.Perhaps many.IMO.
