New holder here. It's certainly tough to accumulate.
If a fund wanted to accumulate 5% for a substantial holding, they'd need about 5,000,000 shares (other than dilution if options were converted at $0.30).
Compare that to 190,000 units currently for sale between 0.28 and 0.35. I guess a fund would have a hard time accumulating unless there was a raising or something, but hopefully there's no more of those.
