Yeah I'd say modifications to the plant would be required. Hera does produce a bulk Pb/Zn con but id say they'd be looking at creating separate con's to increase payabilities given how dominate the Pb/Zn is at Federation.. and as you say, increasing throughput - 800ktpa? Nonetheless there is existing infrastructure at Hera including crushers, floatation, tailings facilities etc - all of which will make the capital cost of the project much lighter than it would otherwise.
