Exactly what I am seeing as well mate. My research tell me lot of work to get the mining license are done by NAMA including the Pre-Feasibility Study and EIA report etc so it not like EPM have to start from day 1. For an old mine site away from dense settlement, EPM should have less EIA issues especially no uranium
