Those numbers are slightly different, I think HPMSM at 100% contained Mn is a $1,000 premium to HPEMM, but HPMSM is sold as a 32% contained Mn product (?) so the price is less. I've taken the comments to mean we are producing 200kt of product as opposed to 200kt of contained manganese.
It is also unseen how new market entrants (like us) will impact the price of HPMSM. We will be at the bottom of the cost curve and providing a premium product, so should be good to ride it out until supply (and price) stabilises. It can obviously go the other way... say if no one wanted to buy China smelter produced HPM for environmental or political reasons...
