Welcome! The commissioning due in Feb 2022 is to ramp up manganese production from ~ 365mt to 1bt per annum. I suspect by this time next year they will be in full production of 1bt per annum.
The aim of production in 2-3 years is the concentrate (99.5% by memory) to be used for batteries. the DFS is due some time this year.
