Regarding potential Iodine US competitors, I know of 3 (including Iofina)all located in Oklahoma. Clearly, Iodine is another potential revenue source for ASN. The 595 ppm factoid comes from the map that I previously posted. It is a bit of an eye test but if you squint hard enough you can discern it.
In an attempt to close the VM vs ASN JV discussion, I am not to worry about it. VM is a micro cap trying to get into a business controlled by an oligopoly in NA. They have their hands full. Also, Iodine is readily available from Chile and Japan.
