Anatese is is a $5bn USD market a year growing at 6% (attached) - It is prefered matteral for new technogies - It can also be synthesized to be used in the manufacturing of semiconductors.
Also it is Ionic and that was just the first pass test work they did. (even it you have to put a furnace in its small capex and hardly any opex)
Grade is king - If you have double the grade and and 50% recoverys its still better than VMM at 70% and 2600ppm.
What i do know is that the other Rare earth plays have no chance of making money at current prices at least if you have Tio2 you have a chance at being economic.
