I was wondering if anyone could comment on what happens if someone does make an offer which the majority of BRN shareholders accept but you personally don’t want to sell? Can you continue to hold the stock? Do your shares get swapped to a holding in the takeover company? Unsure how this works so any feedback would be appreciated.
Noting my questions above, I honestly hope no takeover occurs because I am very excited by what the future holds for BRN as it is.
