Is it possible you are getting USD and AUD mixed up? Its $110M AUD which is like $75M USD? I frankly can't remember what the previous announcements said but in my head I thought they still needed about $100m AUD to get up and running - BUT I admit I could be thinking about another company and just getting them mixed up but a quick glance at a couple of other announcements suggests the number was around $80M USD.
