I think SP will be subdued for a while given that presentation.They have some great potential and rich strikes, but need to sort a few issues.
They key chart indicated they need around 1900 ounces a month (5700 per qtr) @ US$1400/ounce to break even. Given the last four quarters, this has only been met once (Dec 15 with 6212 ounces).
If they get to the level 5, sort the water issues and access the high grade gold, then they will have a decent ounces per month at a lower cost. All depends on if and when this may happen.
