Hydrogen and battery tech will serve different purposes.
I am doubtful about batteries for heavy vehicles and aircraft.
I think sodium batteries for homes and short trip vehicles.
Lithium batteries for most vehicles that require any sort of range (most vehicles).
There is room for all and will be ample demand for each.
