    There was an article I was reading at some ungodly hour this morning about the Namibian government challenging a Chinese miner who had shipped some considerable amount of ore to China for 'testing'.

    It appeared the government lost in court which I consider to be a good sign, as the rule of law appears to have held up well in this instance, even if perhaps the outcome is a bit perverse.
