    As for off-take, negotiations , including equity are for full production capacity of 35Mtpa,

    ..And "Less than one third of off-take expected to be able to secure capital funding for Project"

    So...less pressure on capital funding, as part will come from off-take and if they can negotiate part of full off-take to be above FOB $73/t, that will be good for SP, imo
