Hi Andres, it's hard to judge.
I think the problem is the amount of real selling. There ain't much IMO.
I reckon a lot of that is mickey mouse transactions between accounts.
At some point if accumulation can't harvest that many shares, they will have to let the sp run up a bit.
Otherwise it time wasted and therefore an opportunity cost.
