John, I agreed with everything except the last sentence "More simply, it looks like a lack of confidence in LT and its board that the market has been punishing for months !".
I imagine there are a lot of small people with minor funds trading it because of the relative liquidity, nothing more...just like I play outside of my investment holdings.
