I would happily agree if the volumes were smaller. 1. At this stage of tens of millions of shares and millions of shares traded after the close, it seems difficult to me to speak of a ..."lot of small people with minor funds trading it because of the relative liquidity"... 2. If that were the case, given VAU's prospects and the phenomenal increase in POG, the SP would not be stagnating below the merger price and would already be close to 75-80c, or even more. I therefore maintain that the market is penalizing the management and communication of LT (aka the invisible man) and his board.
