That's because Jerko hasn't had much to do in years since the raise. All the offtakes and negotiations probably teed up ages ago with the pilot plant. Permit applications I imagine done by Puna.
Have been in negotiations for years and only lately it's become very obvious that it's waiting on the permit to execute it.
He's part of 2 other companies so obviously has lots of time away from AGY.
