I totally agree with your comment regarding RMX management doing a really good job thus far with their holdings.
Cobalt in DRC, may not be the most favoured place on earth, but this is all about quality, quantity, and ROI.
The spotlight is on this area.... I doubt any normal company would want to risk operating in any other way then exemplary over there.
Early signs are strong that their little patch in UTAH just might have the goods.
