Statement re funding through to FID made in Nov 2017. FID expected early 2019. I think we've past the point of "early 2019"
Question is, can they hold out till FID. Management new for quite some time FID is being pushed out - even as late as end of 2019. They being aware of this surely needed to start contemplating the need for a further CR as we approached the end of 2018. The delayed FID ( by substantial margin) should have switched on the alarm bells, reassessing whether the 2017 CR funds could still see us through till FID which is now some date beyond "early 2019". Will the money hold? I'm not so sure.
