True but they have taken a long time to give their verdict, regardless they will still be digging coal and what NZ have to realize is that the coal we are exporting is good coal needed for steel production and our nz super fund's should be investing in Bathurst including individuals and give them confidence that they are welcome here. We need them they pay big money in royalties to the goverment each year plus employ hundred's of people. The Goverment should be more proud and vocal with what Bathurst are doing.I notice that Canada is a strategic fit they say they are (Politically and Socially stable) to operate from, So further down the track they could exit NZ if they feel NZ becomes Politically and Socially unstable.
