Correct - the largest individual cost will be power generation, E25 have stated previously 6.5MWh/t processed, very similar to what EMN have quoted - so because we are treating 33% and not 7% we are WAY more efficient than EMN.

Where they have an advantage is no mining costs - but without logistics and marketing our costs are like $2/dmtu - its bugger all really.

I think (but am not sure) our atmospheric leaching must give us an advantage too - this should be cheaper than the high power consumption process of electrowinning (excuse my terminology in this space - not an expert) and is pretty effective in only taking 30mins - means when we do consume electricity its on as little material as possible (pregnant solution? I've always found that to be a weird term)
