I am curious if this is another ace up Bruce's sleeve...?
Looking at the wording again, you have Boron coming into the scene regularly (but not included in current DFS despite stage 1 incorporating its removal), you also have DOE LPO being mentioned for low interest loans.
Alot to ponder from just that presentation.
