Anyone that has been exposed to stock markets for any length of time has had to endure losses, but losses don't define a person, but how you react to the lessons does.
There is no value in taking your anger out on the market, because the market doesn't care.
There is no value in targetting uprampers with your message, they don't care.
Look after yourself, learn from the lesson and let go and aim to learn the game and get your stake back.
When I was young I lost $80,000 from my trading account and $79,000 of that was a bank loan, I was literally fearful of telling my wife.
In fact I never had to tell her, because come the September my account had made it all back and more. Dodged a bullet there and what a relief, but there was a big lesson in this experience for me.
Anyone with arms and legs and a salary can get their stake back and have another go. Historic traders like Jesse Livermore did it and so can you.
Change your mindset and never give up and you will be successful.
