One only knows why things were done the way they were.
Knowing the news they were about to release about the Top5 tech deal if it were not for the cap raise then as you say share price may have gone north of 5c as it did anyway after the cap raise, so take that away and we could have got to 7 cents and above at which point some holders of the 7c options would have exercised them and more money would have been in the bank in the interim.
Raising the $4.5m didn’t mean it was required immediately as that is likely to see us through well into 2023, so once again a question for the CFO is why the urgent need of that amount of funds without possibly exploring other options for short term funds that were required.
