Disagree. Generally a stock gets shorted prior a CR by Instos that can expect fresh shares from the CR to cover their position. Especially when it´s a dog that is backed against the wall. As BM pointed out earlier there is a realistic chance next week to convince holders that the Bowen coal train is back on track. It is hard to imagine that they host selected investors and a couple of days later the market gets served with a CR. That would be clearly a case for the stock market supervision or the ICAC.
