They have not drilled and planned a profitable execution of any thing. They think because they have a coal mine they should mine coal. Not how it works I am not sure how they can really get out of this, cost per tonne is high, no inclusion of royalties in those costs and a back log of financial problems mounting up. The QLD royalty scheme is the biggest problem with over $300 per tonne sold 40%, how can a mine with $200 per tonne costs make any real head way with such damaging costs at the winning end aswell.
They need a couple of real good quarters to make a pile of cash and when that happens governments gonna take it,

Guess you are including ripoff royalty? Don't double count it. They are expecting A$135-$145 cash fob cost. The residual strip ratio on ES is 5:1 which is less than half the long term average.
