The US stimulus is impacting bad debts which makes sense. 50% declines in volumes to purchase is terrible. Looks like CY21 won't be a year CCP can grow much due to this decline. The two big competitors in the US will need to maintain scale to prevent operational deleverage, prices are probably high.
