So issues are as follows:
1. No photos or valuations of the cut gems?
2. No valuation of samples within the current inventory.
3. Low cash balance (probably sitting at 2mil atm).
4. Point 3 warrants a CR.
5. Going off of what they did in last CR will probably be heavily discounted again.
