Why is the 2kt pa plant easier to swallow?
Doesn't the off-take partners believe in Agy's capabilities to operate a 10kt pa plant?
Just imo - they are going with 2kt pa instead of 10kt pa is because funding were not forthcoming.
Maybe at 2kt the off-takers will decide to fund the full USD25mil required. Just maybe...
