    If that is true and I were the Japanese or South Koreans I would be scrambling to get in bed with Agy.

    There's a sense of hesitation on the customers side because the strategic off-take & funding deals appears to be taking a very long time to nail down.

    Remember the 2,000 ton p.a plant will still take 12 months to build from the time we get the funding.
