Hey @vontrader was just talking from experience regarding similar loans I've been involved with. Hard to get big 4 banks to loan money without director assurances and personal guarantees when a business doesn't have a track record. Maybe they can get a small loan for working capital but will be surprised if its significant to drive growth unless there's info they're providing the bank we don't know about. Watching that closely as maybe I'll learn something new. Tesla issues bonds and miners with convertible notes are different to loans from a big 4.
