Remember PAC are only getting paid 75K * 20c options a month
So if they want those 900K that would vest after a year to be worth anything, they would want this to be at least 50c+
What id like to see is debt facility for $1-2M, then when this is 50-75c raise $5M and bring in some decent hitters to drive it north
