The call started well. Andrew and Prashant shared the speaking, although Andrew dominated. It was not well timed- 30 mins was way too short. They did not have time at the end to answer questions, and as I posted earlier, I have not heard back from my emailed questions which they said they would respond to. Andrew wasted far too long talking about the board members and their backgrounds.
They spoke about each page of the presentation. They gave a good overview and insight into the reasons for acquiring the additional business divisions and how they intended to grow them.
They were upbeat about the company's future, although no crystal ball gazing with revenue other than what is in the presentation. Was good to hear that 35% (I think) of shares are owned by directors, so that their interests are aligned with ours etc.
Would have liked it to be a longer, more detailed call and maybe hear from the AOM director herself, but certainly a great change from the usual silent faceless wall that the company has been hiding behind. And the written presentation exceeded my expectations in both detail and clarity- great job on that!
