I dont disagree with your thoughts, but at the same time I think we have to realise that getting large corporates and governments to abandon their incumbent platform provider and start from scratch can be a huge task. We have 3 year rolling contracts....its difficult for other to unseat us from VIC and NSW Gov;s... Im sure they are trying just as we are.
I think where we stand apart is we are an Australian owned and operated company. Big Red Sky which seems to be our largest competitor in the Gov space is not. We need to target their business, we need to convince the CBA's of this word that their own developed employment platform is rubbish and they should ditch it and use ours...neither is an easy task. Hence why I like them exploring other options to grow the core business whilst working on these larger contracts.
For mine growth is growth no matter where it comes from. They have proven they can integrate multiple businesses and reduce operating costs therefore increasing revenue and profit through multiple synergy's.
I think now the costs have been brought under control Prashant can look at growing the underlying business further, had he not got us to where we are now the dilution would have been catastrophic and share price depressed where it was all those months ago. He has done a fantastic job turning this ship around IMO
