we have exceptional management. These guys don't back losers. They have a pretty awesome track record. They build solid and reliable relationships. (which is everything IMO). I would think there is a whole lot more to this one. But, you have people who will only look at one aspect. What ever. I recon its a goer and Im happy to take the risk. If you are not then don't.
