'Progress' at any cost eh oldgherkin? Unfortunately perhaps for you, times have moved on and developments must comply with consent or other required conditions. This has been the case for how long?
You'd no doubt be the first to bitch if your neighbour built out your view or otherwise impacted your property with a development that didn't meet consent conditions or hadn't bothered to lodge the neccessary DA.
I do like MAAS but as a holder I expect the company to comply with the law. Otherwise MAAS for us becomes an untenable and risky investment.
