MGH has largely been held back by market sentiment against the home builders. Recently the analysts and mainly the media have pointed to the resilience of the house market sales and the prices. I think it is this change in sentiment which is slowly filtering into the market and accordingly the stocks which are related to it. I have been tempted to offload in the past but held due to the metrics and the buyback. If the market sentiment on housing becomes more optimistic this should have more legs IMO.
